1. If your vehicle has been impounded / stored you must be prepared to provide a valid state/government issued Photo ID. Such as a State Drivers license or Identification card.
2. You will be asked to provide " Proof of Ownership " of your vehicle. This is for your protection and ours so that nobody not authorized may gain access to your personal property or vehicle. Proof of Ownership may include; Title in your name , a Title signed to your name and Notarized , A Dated proof of ownership or Registration from the Tag office, A signed and notarized authorization form from the registered owner of the vehicle accompanied by a qualifying ID to match. (Insurance card does not prove ownership)
3. In certain circumstances additional holds may be placed on a vehicle from the impounding agency that may require more than what is listed above. These could include ; Valid proof of insurance, various agency holds that may require documents from impounding agency's, or at times a release of the hold from the Law Enforcement Agency that impounded the vehicle.
